Please ensure that:
Your printer is supported by PrintJinni (Android Version).

What if the paper size I have is not supported by PrintJinni (Android Version)?

Print to any size smaller than the paper available in the printer. Else, the content in your document that is beyond the paper size may not get printed.

I have a ‘paper jam’ on my printer. What should I do?

You will need to clear the jam and once that is done, the printer will restart printing. The print job may need to be re-initiated.

Do I need to re-print from PrintJinni (Android Version) if there was no paper in the printer tray?

This depends on the size of the job. One-page documents should be saved in your printer’s memory and would normally print after a paper reload. For longer documents or color images, they may have to be resent.
