DeviceMaestro uses alerts, trends and events to proactively monitor all configured devices. The heartbeat system continuously monitors the status of all the managed devices, besides monitoring the network connectivity. Alerts help in rapidly isolating devices with issues.
Once faulty devices are isolated, administrators can decide a corrective course of action and administer the same from the server remotely. Be it an upgrade to the software or installation of a patch on the device, a majority of the fixes can be done without much onsite intervention – enabling the implementation of a zero-touch management philosophy.
